Trained personnel experts in their field
There is a serious shortage in finding quality workmanship service and qualified technical personnel in Turkey and especially in our sector. However good and many the equipment, finance, business connections, spare parts stocks are, if there is no manpower that has the ability to put all these together, all that is mentioned would be lacking some points. Therefore, we give special importance to workmanship service.
We trust our workmanship and spare parts service so much that, we give one year guarantee to the engines we made revision without working hour limits and therefore, we see quality in workmanship as an uncompromisable aspect. We can summarize the conditions providing this as follows:
- All our personnel has complete technical training,
- All of our senior personnel has at least 12 years of work experience,
- Our technical personnel has had nearly 3 years of applied training from DEUTZ AG technicians,
- Our senior personnel continues to participate in up-to-date trainings together with all our personnel while training the other personnel in accordance with their knowledge.
- Last but not least, our founder İSMET UYSAL is the head of our technical department with his 50 years of experience.
