Our spare parts policy is based on two principles: extensive parts stock and quality. According to the working principle of our company, as our customers most of the time work within the balance of time and cost, it is obligatory to meet the customer demands immediately. Therefore, despite the variety of Deutz engines, we are assertive about meeting demands with our extensive spare parts stocks.
Furthermore, we are confident about the quality of parts we offer. Especially the poor quality, sub-industry manufactured products, not only cannot meet the needs of our customers wholesomely, but also result in higher costs in the near future. Even those products that are sub-industry products and that are supposed to be set aside to junk are being sold as original spare parts name against work ethics. We have never allowed such incidences happen in our company and we will never allow it.
